Easy to set up and use. Excellent quality. So happy with ours, we bought one for my Mom (age 87) to use with her TV. She struggles with new technology but this seems to be very useable for her as well.

Easy to use interface. Simple to pull up YouTube, Amazon, and NetFlix (supports 4K on all). Alas, like all other BR players, has only 10/100 LAN connection so won't stream video files from NAS....

Don't buy if you plan to watch DVDs

The screen continually blacks out! I have returned and exchanged it and the 2nd one did the same thing! I am mad I can't use this to watch DVDs.

It will all of a sudden stop displaying, but you keep hearing the sound. I’ve replaced cables and turned on and off, sometimes unplugging helps to kick it back. Good size and when it works it’s great.

One in my living room and the other in the bedroom. Standard DVDs play wonderfully, Blu-rays are great and UHD discs will blow you away. The UHD disc of "2001 : A Space Odyssey" truly becomes a whole new experience!!!

My only complaint would be the direction of the sound. When sitting directly in front of the tv, the sound is coming right at you but if you move to a seat off to the side it's harder to hear. Not a major issue.

The salesperson asked me what I wanted in a player and he suggested this particular one and even though I do not yet own a 4K TV I told him I intended to purchase one in a year or so. The player is great with my blue rays and I can’t wait to get my 4K TV to enhance my viewing experience!

No problems setting up for internet connection and streaming. Everything works well. Remote is a little on the small side so "fat fingers" at a slight disadvantage. Wouldn't prevent me from buying again though. Very happy with it overall.
