I was looking for a 4k player and this one is amazing, it even upscales some of my old Blu-ray concerts to 4k with hdr. I also love that the UI is so simple. good buy.

I couldn’t connect my blu-ray player to a wireless, I called Sony , called my internet provider to see if something was preventing me from connecting... I called Best Buy and download/ update the software, still not connected, I was tired and returned it. I don’t know if I’ll recommend this to anyone or not. Maybe I was dealing with the customer Cervices who didn’t know how to troubleshoot a blu-ray

I wonder why I bought this. It seems that I have so many of these boxes stacked around the house. Maybe it had a useful feature. I've forgotten the details.

No issues so far. It displays a great picture for the price, in my experience. Solid interface that my older parents have had no issue navigating. Happy so far.

Headphones are comfortable. Connect via Bluetooth easily. Stay charged for a good amount of time. Do wish you could charge and use at the same time.

Simple remote. Versatile player formats for multiple playback. Even reads SA which was rarely used but if you have makes incredible CDs soundtracks sing.

Had no idea that BlueRay Players have updated so much. Happy that we purchased. Has all the apps needed for our favorite programs, great product and I do recommend.

We are happy to have this new and updated DVD system which we use even with all of the other means of access to movies, etc. It was a good value.

Can't miss with the purchase of this player regardless of the types of DVD's you'll play (older DVDs, Blu-Ray, and 4K). It'll upgrade all your older DVDs to near 4K quality.

The 4k HDR on this player is incredible. The streaming apps are great. The controls are pretty straight forward. The price is awesome. Heres the problem: if you pause your movie for 10 minutes, the power saver will turn off the player and you will have to go through the entire startup process and find where you paused at. It doesn't auto rrmember. Its obnoxious! Btw you can't turn power saver off

Great Player for DVDs and BluRay disks. Some older format DVDs do not play all the way through For some reason but that is most likely the disk and not the player.

I love the features on this bad boy. It has Dolby Vision which coincides with my Sony 4K Bravia, making movies look hella beast! Highly recommend:)

Having no issues so far, great color and picture in all 4K discs and blu-ray. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for one, super easy to use.

Had to upgrade for streaming. This is basically the same player just newer model. Easy to connect and get going once we figured out we needed a "faster" HDMI cable.

The Streaming 4K Ultra difference can be seen immediately when first used. When I connected, booted up and watched I was impressed. I told myself I am glad I bought this!

Fast delivery, easy setup and great picture. Does not come with HDMI cable so make sure you have or purchase one. Great purchase for the money.

The unit wasn’t the one I had originally went to purchase but am happy I did. The added features means it will not be out dated in a year.

We choose this blue ray with help of an Best Buy Associate worker! He suggested Sony and we are glad we listened to him. It is a great buy and we recommend it!!!
