Great Blu-Ray player. I purchased this model to replace a 12 year old Sony that had just died. Ran to Best Buy and caught this model on sale.

Bought item as a Christmas present it was on sale marked down from $250 to $150 individual I gave it to loves all the features on Blu-ray 4K DVD player. Thinking about purchasing another one for myself.

It’s an ok Blu-ray player. Kinda cheesy on the build quality....swapping to a different movie has become a choir. Overall, the picture is GREAT! Shouldn’t be used for long periods of time.

Great player, great price. Wanted to use my tv to its fullest, so had to get this 4K blu ray player to see my favorite movies look their best.

This product worked great right out of the box. It replaced a 5 year old Sony Blue ray player and is much faster and a better picture quality.

I was not expecting what I received. Instead of just a Bluray player I got a whole lot more. Apps for streaming, 4K resolution, and plays existing Bluray and DVD discs fine. This will work for me just fine.

I bought this model because it was on sale for $169. I recommend this model if you're looking for a fast 4K blu ray player with access to Netflix, amazon prime, youtube, etc....

Great 4K Ultra Player, but I returned it due to availability of 4K Ultra movies that you can rent. Didn't want to have to buy them just for the experience.

After researching Blu-Ray DVD players thoroughly this was easily the one with the most features for the price! Matches perfectly with my new 75 inch OLED!

Works great. I didn't realize it doesn't come with an HDMI cable, or a high speed one, but luckily I had one at home that wasn't being used.

Very easy to hook up - HDMI from Blue Ray directly into the receiver. Once I had it plugged in it ran me through the set-up process and within 5 minutes I had sound and video!

Sony is an excellent product and since I’ve only had my OLED 65” TV since September 2017, I haven’t had problems yet so haven’t had to contact Geek Squad. Hopefully will never have to contact them but it’s important to have this coverage.

I purchased this to replace a Samsung 3d player, that thing was very slow and the remote had to be the worst design ever. This eliminates all that. Works as advertised.

I like the Sony platform and the remote options. Not sure I can really tell that big of a difference between 4K Blu-ray though.

Did not work on older sony TV but swapped an older sony blu-ray which did work on the older TV (no sound). Used this on newer sony tv without trouble. both TVs had HDMI ports. Otherwise no problem.

This one plays almost every media format out there! Not the best built quality but plays all media very well so far and no issue at all.

Won't update with Disney + but otherwise it's been alright. I wish it read more audio codecs from the USB but no worries. We often have to turn it off and on multiple times to get it to start working. Weird

This is my 4th Sony DVD/Blu Ray player, and just as with my previous units, this one is just as great as the others. No disappointment whatsoever.

The whole family enjoys it. Definitely a improvement in quality of viewing with the new tv. We have watched a handful of 4K movies an have not disappointed with the quality

I bought this as part of a complete Sony setup ( TV, soundbar, sub, rears). Had some difficulties with TV, Soundbar and bluray playback, Sony could do a much better job with the hookup and play back functions. It does the job.
