Finally got to use it. Was great. Glad I upgraded somewhat. Ease of use with our New Samsung 55" TV and all IT has to offer. Has better quality than what I brought back.

I did a lot of research because of the large price differential of 4K players. It came down to two for what I wanted to pay. I chose the Sony and so far I am very happy.

Pleased with this Blu-ray player so far. Only concern is a slight delay in lip-sync with audio when streaming shows on Prime Video app, used with a Sony x800h Bravia TV. No other reasons for concern.

We ordered this product @ the store and had the Geek Squad deliver and set-up. It was quick and easy and just what we wanted. Thank You.

Good blue ray player with good picture quality. One time didn't read a new 4K movie. Had a couple glitches with another movie. Maybe the movie vs player?

I’m not really even sure what to rate this product because I haven’t even tried it yet. I was really excited to try out the new Blu-ray player. I unboxed everything got it set up, and then realized you need to purchase an extra HDMI cord in order to hook to your tv. Not super psyched that they didn’t just up-charge and include the HDMI cord it needed to function. I wish they would have just included it because now I need to make an additional purchase to use the product. I have no idea weather it works or not because I can’t actually set it up until I have that. So I’m giving it 3 stars.

This is a great DVD player and it's strange all the greatest movie apps and it has Dolby Atmos it will do very well if you have a 4K television

I have had no problems with this product. It had mixed reviews, but i chose to go with what i knew. I am not disappointed at all!!!

This is a great 4K UHD Blu Ray player with Dolby Vision HDR at a reasonable and competitive price. Great picture quality and on board features. Do t hesitate to purchase!

The Geek Squad came over and installed a new DVD player. We are very please with their service. We now can see all our pictures on our TV.

Was very happy this player uses both formats Dolby vision and HDR 10, paired up with a Sony 940e and it has made for a great home theater experience. 4K picture is stunning.

this was a return. no problems. thought old machine had died but it was ok. keep getting this product review. please remove me from review list.

needed a new disc player because the one I currently had was a first gen and took forever to load. This is a big / huge improvement upgrade!

Not sure why places like Best Buy/Amazon want reviews so early... Had initial issues with it, found out had to buy better hdmi cables. Seems to work fine so far, but don’t have even an hour viewing time on it yet.

This Blu-Ray is very cheap considering it is 4K plus Dolby Vision. The problem with it is that is playing every content with Dolby Vision...HR10 content goes Dolby Vision. That makes no sense...plus I have the Sony X900F I cant have the inputs with enhance 4K because the Home screen of the blu Ray won’t display...if you insert the movie it will play but to make changes to the blu Ray you need to switch the inputs to SDR

great conpanion to my 50" 4k ultra hd VIZIO tv best picture ever weather it is 4k ultra hd or blue-ray dvd and even local cable network

Bought this player during Black Friday sale and so far it's holding up just fine. Haven't noticed any too distracting motor noise that others have complained about. Wish it did have a clock like the old VCR'S had just for convenience.

This blueray dvd player is totally awesome. I didnt even know that it did so much. Im still discovering new things with it. Its a must buy in my opinion.

I’m a faithful Sony consumer and there’s many good reasons why. I purchased this Blu-ray player to replace an older model and as always I wasn’t disappointed.

Hooked it right up and put in a dvd and it was super. IT plays both the DVD and Blue ray so we can keep watching our favorite old DVD's
