It works well and the picture is great. My only complaint is that it powers down from pause too quickly and doesn't return to the last viewed point in the media.

Bought this equipment on the run to view a movie on Bluetooth. Can also use for DVDs which makes it a perfect purchase.

This is a good dvd player it works pretty good have not had any issues as of yet . all my dvds will play on this player unlike my Samsung player that let me down after a while . so for that a lone its a great player

Verdict is still out, movies sometimes freeze during play, not sure why, and not consistent, happened on both streaming and DVD. Will give it a little more time to see if it continues

The people at best buy took care if all MY entertainment needs. The cord fit perfect and tied them all up with plastic tie wraps. Looks beat and clean.

This is my third Sony player it is a great and easy to use Machine. I love the Ton of apps and especially the fact that it has SiriusXM as well.

The only reason that this item gets 4 stars instead of 5, is that you have to manually turn Dolby Vision on and off depending on the source material. Maybe a future firmware update will fix this please Sony?

Overall it was what I expected after doing my research before purchasing. Only downside is the Atmos output to my AV Receiver is not working right. I am only getting TrueHD 7.1

It plays Blue Ray's and DVD's which we were looking for. The bonus is the built in Roku options. We love it and at a very reasonable price.

This player lags the audio by a good three seconds when coming out of pause, fast forward or rewind. Incredibly annoying. It is bad enough that you have to rewind after pausing, and rewind farther than necessary due to the lag. I keep the firmware updated so that is not an issue.

Excellent color and sound. Noticeable upgrade from 4k streaming. Feed your 4k tv great source material and it looks like it does in the store.

this seemed to help create the "movie sound" when I hooked it up to the sound bar. The HD cable doesn't sound as good, abs you would think it should. Like the remote and pre loaded as.
