The Blu-Ray player was easy to install and the WIFI link to my home network easy. Netflix and other apps worked smoothly

This is a Great dvd player. It is easy to use and setup. The picture quality is awesome.

I was looking foe a player that was smaller then the reg rack mount ones. Good pic and sound

Very easy to connect, blue tooth between sound bar and subwoofer already set. Sound quality is fantastic. Subwoofer adds great bass which is adjustable as well as voice buttons to make voices easier to hear. Also has buttons for music or movies. Only problem I had was controller was hard to get button commands to work without pushing buttons multiple times. I CALLED POLK AUDIO and they sent me a new controller right away took about 3 days.

superb video at great price. upgrades regular dvds better than any player I've owned so far

There is a lack of front panel controls, but for a basic player, I think that is OK. It was easy to set up. I hope to have it for a good long while.

4K player works really good it's compact compared to the 800. Which I like. I would absolutely recommend it to a friend

Plays movies very well. Remote button layout is OK. Streaming functionality is very good. It’s hard to tell if the unit is on as it doesn’t have any LED feedback. Eject button is responsive. Picture looks great. For some reason, I sometimes get stuck on the title screen with BluRays and have difficulty getting the movie to play. I think this is a problem with the BluRay programming or menu usability. I don’t believe this is due to the player.

We didn't need all the extra bell and whistles because our smart TV does all that Was a bit confusing to set up but I'm a novice. Two issues, most times when out on pause it won't start at pint stopped and goes back to beginning of movie, may be user issue. When I turn on receiver remote Blu Ray player also turns on automatically. I wish it would only turn in when I hit power button. Also probably a user set up issue but too complicated to figure it out without messing up something. Do love the picture quality and sound overall. Best I've ever seen it heard.

Finally upgraded to 4k and so glad I did. Easy to use and amazing quality. Got it on sale so very happy

I bought sony blu-ray players for my HD TVs when I invested in 1080p and they've performed well for almost 10 years now which was one of my main motivators for choosing a sony player again when making the upgrade to 4k. Even watching old blu-rays on this player looks beyond crisp.and 4k blu-rays look amazing with great color depth, fast refresh and great detail. I found no issues with the player I've not used any of the streaming function as my TV is a smart TV

After several years of good performance with a Sony combination DVD/VCR player, I decided to buy a newer model "BLU-RAY" DVD player. After several days of research and a trip to Best Buy in Concord, NH we decided to go with this make and model and very glad we did. It performs perfectly with a user friendly remote control and works great to stream movies from Netflix and Amazon Prime. A good set for anyone in the market for a Blu-Ray DVD player and would definitely recommend!

Great player. I had bought a new 4K tv and thought I would buy a player to match the tv. Easy to use and great picture.

After reviewing many units, this Sony was the best. It was the only Sony dvr that is capable of streaming VUDU's 4K world. Got it on sale which made it even a sweeter deal!
