Good DVD player

I don't have a 4k tv yet. Working on it but, the picture on my current 1080p tv has been really nice. The set up procedure was actually really nice and smooth. Hooked it up to the wifi in the house with no problem, I like the unit and the sound is good. Will be excited to see how it performs on a 4K tv. Hopefully that will be soon!

Unreal 4K Picture

I purchased this as a gift for my family for Christmas. It was replacing an old Panasonic Blu Ray Player. Once I hooked it up, we threw in a 4K movie and as soon as it started, we all collectively said "Whooooaaaaaaaaa." The clarity and picture is absolutely unreal in 4K. I am super happy with this 4K player and it works seamlessly with our Sony TV.

Excellent Playback

It also works well with regular Blue-ray discs. I haven't tried it with other types of disc content so I can't speak to those. Setup was easy and it even works with my old Sony disc player remote, whose layout I'm familiar with. The new remote moves the buttons around; I don't want to have to learn another remote and, as it happens, I don't have to.
