I bought this player to be able to view 4K Blue-ray content on my 4K Sony TV. It also works well with regular Blue-ray discs. I haven't tried it with other types of disc content so I can't speak to those. Setup was easy and it even works with my old Sony disc player remote, whose layout I'm familiar with. The new remote moves the buttons around; I don't want to have to learn another remote and, as it happens, I don't have to.

Good little player. Would be nice if you could add more apps. The selection is kinda limited. Good little player though

Picked this player up to go with my new tv, I wanted 4K, HDR, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support. This one apparently has all 3 and is the cheapest of them all that includes them. When I found out I could watch Interstellar with its expanded IMAX aspect ratio only from the physical 4K disc, I knew this thing was necessary. The user interface isn’t fantastic. I previously had an LG player that was very simple and easy to use, but overall this thing works great. You may need to go into the settings and customize them to make things work for your system.

Works great. Very easy setup. Upscaling of my old blu-ray dvds is very good.

This BluRay player replaces a Samsung player. The Samsung was very nice and is still working well. This Sony player is about half the size of the previous BluRay player but it has a lot more features. I like the streaming video service choices. And, I now have closed captioning with streaming videoas that for some reason I could not get with my previous player.

Affordable Blu-Ray player. Easy to setup and runs movies smoothly. Also has streaming apps built in.

The picture is amazing. It’s a fast system it loads right away as soon as you put the disc in.
