Keep in mind that some movies try to make the picture better, some look great and others not so great. You see the magic happens by the maker of the disc. Even if the player works great sometimes the maker of the movie fails at the effects department. Hope this helps you better understand how players work.

Excellent Small Footprint DVD/Blueray Player

Worked perfect out of the box, after a few minutes it was connected to my wifi network. Played a blu-ray disc and the picture was excellent, better than the previous blu-ray player (LG). Several streaming services show on the main menu screen, so it's ready to go for streaming services if your TV doesn't have it already.
