Really great 4K Blu-ray player. I just don't understand why they have to include all the tech that makes enables them to stream movies too. Who even sells a 4K TV that isn't a smart TV with all the streaming capabilities???

I bought this 4K ultra HD Blu-ray player to replace an aging Samsung that was skipping a lot. The sound from this unit is outstanding as it is Atmos. Makes our home theater sound just like the movies. I would recommend

So far it has been very easy to use no issues. I was reluctant to buy it, but glad I did. Pretty straight forward, no Mickey Mouse gimmicks. For me, the picture is great, sound is subjective, but it’s all good. Would recommend this to others.

I think this is the best 4K Ultra Blu-Ray on the market right now I love it and its great for streaming as well. I ordered and best Buy brought it to my car and has been the best during the stay at home ime for watching great movies

Unit is easy to set up and functions well with our Samsung television. Buttons on control unit are on the small size, yet when we learned what we needed to know to work with it, it does the job. Our old DVD's now show with more detail and clarity.

We bought this when we got a new 4K tv thinking we’d use it for watching 4K movies, but like most people we find we stream more. It works great and plays discs fine. Some built in apps, seldom used because of the smart tv. Can’t complain, it works as advertised and links just fine with a different branded tv.

I bought this cuse it was on sale, but it work very well, you can see the difference when you play a dvd or even a blu ray movie, the picture is awesome, and and the sound is outstanding, i have a 5.1 surround samsung, and when you play a 4k movie with atmos, you can hear every detail, so o happy with this. The thing's i don like it is the it doesn't have a optical audio output, its coaxial, and it doesn't have a screen saver, so if you leave the movie on pause, it just stay like that, well over all Sony it's a good brand, but since i have a Samsung 4k tv i think the Dolby vision doesn't work, so i think i will get a samsung 4k blu player down the road..

I recently purchased a new Sony 4K TV. This Blueray player plays BLUERAY 4K Discs as well as standard Blue Ray Discs and standard DVD's. It also allows you to stream wireless streaming of 4K content/ movies fro Amazon and Netflix.

I had originally bought the upscaling Blu ray player from Sony thinking it played 4K blu-rays it did not. My bad. Also shame on Sony for discontinuing a lot of streaming apps. No Hulu, No Crackle (which is their own),

Plays BR discs great and does a nice job of upscaling non BR discs. Don’t really understand the comments about cheap build. Seems to be built well enough. I mean it sits on a shelf and you pop discs into it. For the price, it can’t be beat.

I already have a Sony 4K UHD television and previously had it paired with a Samsung player. Sometimes the two didn't always cooperate, so figured I would get a new Sony player and that really did the trick. Great picture quality and plays nicely between the components.

The Sony Streaming 4K is my first purchase of a Blu-Ray player. Been happy with it since it was easy to connect and play DVD's. It comes with apps such as Netflix, Pandora and Vudu which makes it easy to use those services as well

Purchased to go with new Sony 4K TV I purchased. Looking forward to watching movies after the election chaos is over. Looks to be an upgrade for regular Blu - Ray. Getting a great Black Friday discount was an added perk.

easy to plug in, nice picture quality, easy to use

This Sony 4K blu-ray player is a good value. It does everything it's supposed to: 4K's and blu-ray discs look great, and the up-scaling for regular DVD's is excellent as well. We have it hooked-up to a Sony 4K TV, and each compliments the other.

Nice lower priced BlueRay player with Wifi features. I don't use most of the WiFi apps and we just use it for a 4K BlueRay player on a big 82" TV. The image quality is stunning and the little unit does a great job.

It worked, the quality looked nice, I haven't experienced any skipping or anything so I liked it. I have a 55" tv but I think I need a bigger tv to actually notice the difference between this and a cheaper one though.

I bought this player for $150 at the time to go with the TCL 4k TV I purchased a earlier. It has a great picture and plenty of streaming services integrated. I don't think you can go wrong purchasing this 4K player with it's picture quality and features.

Very satisfied with product easy to use great quality.

Working great, no skips or anything. WIFI excellent. Did one update when first plugged in and WIFI set up was completed but since then no problem. Have 3D TV worked flawlessly with the couple of movies I have. all-in-all would recommend this player.
