Have no complaints. Plays all of my dvds and blu ray, and 4K and also copied movies. Doesn’t skip. Picture quality is good. Satisfied customer

The biggest thing I noticed with this player is that it is significantly faster than my previous BR player. Video and audio quality is excellent in both 4K and normal HD.

Nice addition to video experience. Ability to stream apps a bonus if you don't have access in a different way, otherwise just another wifi drain.

Picture quality is unmatched. Wish it had more apps to down load to the system, but it does come with all the basic apps.

This compact unit is just what I need for my new TV, as I have a lot of DVDs and new TVs don't seem to come with built-in DVD players (like my "old" Toshiba did).

Wanted an actual 4k player and not an upscaling that could do it all and last. Bought for mother who is older. She was able to setup all by herself.

So far, so good. Only have had unit for about 3 weeks. 4K capability is new to me as my old BluRay player stopped working and I replaced it with an 'upgrade' to 4K to be ready for future usage. This unit plays standard BluRay and DVDs well - no issues encountered to date. Nice to have the flexibility for sound output (co-ax in addition to separate HDMI) as my home theater system has coax inputs. Instant connection to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify is nice and works well. This was the right unit for me to grab on a Black Friday special.

We bought this for outside and high on a shelf to keep the rain off it works great it’s like being at the drive in. Music great sound

Really like this product and replaced a connected DVD Player. I always struggled with the old player being slow to boot up, but no problems with his player. Great picture.

This Sony 4K Ultra HD Blu Ray player is a nice upgrade from a regular Blu Ray player. For people that are looking for another experience in watching movies.
