As soon as it was connected and I put in my wifi credentials it worked. Plays cds and dvds well and has a host of options like Netflix in the app menu. Great player.

This has been a fantastic addition to my home theater. Nothing fancy but it definitely works as advertised! Great 4k pictures and sound.

This is a great Blu-ray player. It has excellent picture quality and some good features. Not top-of-the-line but worth every penny.

I always love the ease of use of the Sony bluray players especially with regards to using with universal remotes, in particular the URC brand of remotes. This is NOT the 4K player or up convert to 4K.

This product pairs excellently with my Sony 900f TV. Better than the next higher model and my opinion. Offers features that the next higher model does not have

The Sony - 4k- is a decent DVD player for the price. The player is easy to install and have excellent picture quality.

There was no one to assist us with a 4K movie at any location after Christmas - the selection of 4K movies at the PTC, Town Center location in Kennesaw, GA and McDonough, GA stores were pathetic. I didn't like it when we walked in the front door of the PTC store when the associate asked us whey we were there - like we weren't welcomed. It was fine when we purchased the 4K Blu-Ray player. I am happy with this player so far, but I just started using it - with few movies since most I wanted weren't available for purchase except online.

Acts Strange at times. Odd things happen here and there. The player telling me that Chapter 2 just started and YouTube skipping videos I click on. Strange things could be haunted but for a good price, it’s hard to beat!

UltraHD quality with 4K dvds is great on this DVD player. While I seem to be using streaming more and more for recent movies, I like that this DVD player does an awesome job upconverting older standard dvds.

This player was very easy to set up and start using. I wish you were able to download apps (for sports) to the player but the pre-loaded apps cover most my needs!

great feature set and easy to use. Plenty of apps and you can add more. With the up converting feature, even DVDs look great.

Very easy to install. I am practically a luddite and I could install this easily. It works well and plays through my Sony TV.

What can I say? It does its job. Sadly, I find very few to no discs to play that are up to it's 4k/HDR capabilities - and same for its streaming. At least it's reasonably priced. And a bit smaller than most of the alternatives.

I've always been a big fan of Sony TVs and video products. Great addition to my home theater system. Quality product. Very happy and would recommend.

When I opened the box, I wasn’t sure this was better than my previous Sony Blu-ray of ten plus years. The features are very simplistic but the picture reproduction makes up for it. Nice player for the 4K user.

Works very well with the hg9 tv I bought both are set to upgrade the video quality yet they are playing very nicely together.

Great player. Got it for the 3D. It's better than the previous more expensive Sony blu-ray player I purchased. No issues so far.

Perfect UHD player to pair with my Sony XBR65Z9D 4K HDR LCD TV. Full support for Real 3D, Dolby Vision and DTS:X audio. Makes for a great home theater experience.

Awesome product. Honestly can not see the true end result until I get the 4K TV to show the yrue picture quality.
