I purchased this after I sold my PS4. It works great as a blu ray plus it has built in apps. I have not used the apps as my TV and Apple TV both have apps but it was the cheapest player I could find and it does the job. It works good with my TV as an ANYNET device. Can't think of any cons. Great player.

This is a great Blu-ray player. The picture is amazing. DVDs look better, too. Super easy to set up, just plug and play! If you’re looking for a no-frills, affordable disc player, this is for you.

Serves the purpose for what we needed, playing DVD Movies. A few streaming apps that might be useful but missing other popular ones. Fairly user friendly.

Great player for the price slim profile fits nice under the TV

Neat little blu-ray player. I especially like how it is small and compact. However, my one main complaint is that it hums pretty loud. If you were to place it in a larger living space, far away from where you are sitting, you probably wouldn't even notice it. However, if you are placing it in a small bedroom and you're watching a movie late at night, you might hear it hum. Be careful to make sure the actual player is sitting balanced as well or it will hum even louder.

It is great for the cost, a good option that will offer Blu Ray and streaming. It does lack certain streaming services like Disney Plus and Prime Video. It isn’t wireless too. It requires a Ethernet cord. It is quick worth the money.

Bought this only for playing DVD's and BluRays and does this VERY well. Quick to respond from the remote (unlike our old Samsung bluray player). Easy to use. Compact and clear. Love it.

I really love my Sony bluray player. The movie picture is very clear with vibrant colors. Easy to setup and use. Its ajoy watching movies. I would recommend to anyone. Loving ❤ it.

Compact, easy to set up, easy-to-use remote. HDMI-only output, with an RCA-type digital audio output for home theater (no Tos-link), so make sure of your connections before ordering. Output is stunning on a 4K TV (but the unit is NOT a 4K player).

My old SONY Blu-ray player died and needed replaced. I read all the reviews and decided on this one and am so happy I did. It has a smaller footprint than my previous one and the quality is GREAT! I am very, very happy with my purchase!

For a dvd player with no big thrills but is solid, reliable and does the job (I use this for an installation that is on constant play) this was a good choice.

I had previously purchased a different brand player, and it would change my tv input to the player, even when no disc was inside. I bought this instead and have had no problems, great picture, great sound, and the unit itself is nice and small.

I wanted a simple to connect and play BlueRay player, and also needed one to play older DVD's on. It may not have all the bells and whistles of some others, but I don't game or need wifi. This was perfect for my older, technically challenged ways.

Excellent choice! We are able to watch Blu-ray movies and also stream using this device.
