I checked the price on line...reasonable..I watch DVDs..1080p is great...I make a lot of homemade discs...it plays my R-...has an internet connection...but I'm not connected....the next model up has WIFI....I think I'm gonna buy another one of these !!!

Wish the sound was stronger and clearer on Blue Ray Dvd Movie sound tracks

Works great and the controller is easy to use. The unit is a good size to fit in the space I have for the player to sit. Very simple to connect to TV and does a great job on viewing the material.

We recently bought a 40" TV and a Blu ray player at the Best Buy in Springfield, OR. and love them. Not only do both items work great, but the staff at Best Buy helped to insure that we got the best products for our needs.

This device is compatible with both blu-rays and dvds. It even plays bootlegs I have had trouble with viewing in the past.

This is my second Sony Disc. Player. I tried other bands and was disapointed in the easy of use. So I'm sld on Sony.

The only company to buy Blu-ray players from! No point in buying a WiFi Blu-ray player when you can cast from your phone or your tv is smart these days!

Great Blue Ray/DVD player. Easy to set up. I bought it for my 92 year old mother, and the one issue is the remote control is very small. She's happy with it, but it took some practice to remember where each button is.

I bought this because of the ability to play combined Blu-Ray and DVD. I did not even realize that it has a streaming capability. Good idea, but most of the TV's and Receivers have this ability.....so I am not sure about the value. I suppose if you have an older TV that is not "smart", then this gives you the capability to stream

We will be returning this product as the remote does not work. VERY frustrating as you cant play a movie without the remote as there is no play button on the player...

Blue ray player works great, However I don't like paying for services not needed such as network connection. With everything else that can connect to a network why a blue ray player, if nothing more than to charge more for the product. It does what it's supposed to do.

It works great. We didn't know that we had to have a different cable to hook it up. After we got the new cable and it was hooked up, it works great. Very satisfied with the product.

I bought this as a gift. It has worked well when used. They are very happy with this player. Best Buy makes it too easy to buy, with Paypal and free delivery, usually within 3 days,

A good old CD player. Does exactly what it's supposed to.

When we purchased it, we didn't know a Ethernet cord would be needed to stream because there is a wireless one as well. It plays movies great and we like it. Haven't been able to stream as of yet and can't give any reviews as far as that goes, hence a four instead of a five star.

I bought this player needing to add on to a second flat screen TV. I had an older sony player I was happy with so I was comfortable purchasing. it is not the most full featured unit but has enough apps for my use. I mainly use Amazon and Netflix.

Very good blue ray player for the money very good quality

Easy to setup. Plays DVD's and Blu-Rays. I only had to add an HDMI cable. I don't use the streaming services since I have a 'smart' TV.
