Video and audio very poor for a blue ray player with few basic functions and no advanced features which was setup on one of two top of the line 4K Sony TV's purchased from Best Buy. My old standard Samsung DVD-HD860 has better picture and sound. Your BDP S6700 might have been a better buy.

Sometimes takes a few moments to recognize there is a disc in the tray when starting it up. Otherwise, works well.

All of my past blu-ray players have been Sony so I decided to stick with them again. Same reliability and UI as previous players.

Good product. I ended up returning it since it was not wifi capable- the sales associate sold me the wrong item. Purchased the WIFI capable one and it works great.

Really don't like the wall-warts but that's how all Sony Blu-ray players are now. Use Sony anyway because they have discrete power commands even on the cheaper models.

It's a dvd player and does it's job. A little loud but it works.

This player is part of the need when tv/dvd player failed.

I like the Blue-Ray, but didn't realize at the time that it wasn't wireless. If purchasing again, I would have paid a bit more to buy one that is wireless capable.

Very important, this is wired Ethernet unit. No wifi. I personally prefer the wire, no glitching out unless it's on the other end.

Seems like most Blu-ray players don't last very long but Sony seems to last the longest out of the ones I've tried

This is a pretty sturdy Blu-ray player that offers a variety of options like browsing Netflix, YouTube and various apps. Great device!

I purchased this dvd player for the smart aspects. I wanted something for Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. I did not know Amazon did not support Sony technology. I didn't see that anywhere in the specs. So while there was nothing wrong with the unit, it didn't work for me. I returned it. The return was easy.

Bought this as a gift and it was a big hit. Would buy it again.
