Not the best. Wish I returned and got something else. Remote has never worked correctly and hate that is has not play button on the device.

Let's me see movies on all my services like Netflix, Vudu and YouTube.

Affordable, has defects. Get it to work, it's worth the effort.

the website did not tell you it was not wifi. it was vary missleading. im disabled and there was no way to return it becuse they would not send me a lable. they said if i want to return it i have to buy a printer. what for there the ones that did not want to tell me its not wifi

While I do like Sony products, I was simply not a fan of the user interface for this particular blue-ray. If basic menus are not what your looking for, spend some extra money on a more expensive blue ray.

Purchased this to use during camping season for outside movies. Unfortunately we have not had an opportunity to use the player due to health reasons; which is why the average rating..

Was looking for an affordable bluray player to have at the inlaws that will probably get used 2-3 times per year. This was not overly expensive and worked great

Plays well, but the App setup is not user friendly at all... Couldn't get the configuration to change to wireless. It always goes with wired and doesn't allow it to be changed.

Works fine just be aware that it does not have wifi

It is very easy to use. easy to install, has given me new way of seeing other ways to view movies.

Got a blu ray player for the kids and ended up not needing it. They made the return process very easy and refunded the money to us!

Good item for the money. My other DVD player broke but I wasn’t ready to spend $200 plus for a replacement. I’m not amazed by the blue ray picture but can’t complain.

It is a good DVD player, but to get the streaming set-up it is not a simple process. It doesn't come with a manual. The instructions have to be downloaded separately.

It not very good for blue Ray's I have a brand new TV and HDMI cable so no problems with those items but the blue ray player has good video but the audio goes way up and way down I had a tech look at my setup and says it's a defective player so I put it in the closet and went and spent more money to buy another one from Walmart so in my opinion it was a waste of my time and money and is now taking up space in my closet not good

I got this as a Christmas gift. I have not asked if it was liked, but I know it is in use. I would still buy another.

Purchased in store. Asked salesperson about features but when got home found out it did not have all the features I was looking for - will be returned.

I have 2 of this model DVD players and I really like them. Easy install and set up.

Didn't come with all of the cables needed (HDMI), so I had to take money out of my boyfriend's liquor account.

Do not buy this unit. I have had it replaced twice for the same problem -- it will not turn on. First unit worked fine for a week and then would not turn on. Second unit worked fine for over a year, then would not turn on unless I spent 20 minutes unplugging and replugging. Had two year protection plan and got a replacement from Best Buy. Tried setting up the replacement unit and it will not turn on. Called SONY for help and they were completely unhelpful. Advised me to return it to the store. Bringing it back for a refund.

Great sound, but after a few years picture starts to blink in and out of a snowy picture on the tv screen and DVD/CD player stops opening/playing movies.
