Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.What a disappointment While the video disk feature works (which is why I purchased a new player), the video streaming apps are very limited, and I found out later I could not update or add any new apps. Thus I can't use this for Amazon Prime even if I pay for the subscription. There should be an apps update feature. Still thinking about returning the device for something more flexible.

No wireless WiFi

Because it wasn’t even capable of performing that routine and critical task this is the furthest I can go in my review

You get what you pay for

Stopped working after 25 days

And the player can't be turned off. Used the Sony website for trouble shooting but none of their suggestions corrected the problem. Called Best Buy, they won't take the player back as it is past 15 days. Stuck with the possible expense of having to send the player to Sony repair. Won't buy Sony or Best Buy.
