No volume for movie

Plays all the previews just fine but when the movie comes in the volume shuts off. Every time. So annoying. But with caution.

Used again once 3 months later. 6 months ago it would not open. The tech I talked to told me they had a lot of problems with and they were not repairable. He also told me it was not redeemable. So be it

When I sought out help from technicians both via phone and online, neither technician was helpful. Finally I was told to return the product. I exchanged it for another better name brand.

Quit working in less than 2 weeks.

Then suddenly it will not turn off or on, will not load a DVD. Won't do anything. We will return it as soon as we can make a trip to OK City. Bummer.

This was a gift so recipient did not open til after 15 day return time. Still have to order another cable. Don’t know on operation yet. Sorta bummed.

Posted .Hi, Ohno, Try to power reset the player by turning it off, removing all connected device. Unplug the AC power cord from the outlet and wait for at least 1 minute. Test it out once done. Got it home, hooked it up and it kept kicking out any DVD I put in it. Plus if you did want to use the streaming, it has to be plugged in with and eithernet cable. Does not work on Wi Fi
