Good product. Decent price. Good service for online purchase.

Works well with our new flat screen TV, plays BlueRay and standard DVDs.

Player works good. Do not like the remote. Small hard to see buttons when you are watching a movie and want to rewind in the dark.

I Felt like once I had the product, the customer service to ask questions was not there. I called several times to reach the contact person I ordered from, with no luck. I was very disappointed with Best Buy for any electronic products in the future. I have bought all of my appliances and many electronics in the past, but with this last experience, I will think twice before I buy again.

We got this and it worked great, but decided we needed one that was wifi and didn't have to be plugged into the internet. Other than that, we would have kept it.

Purchased this as an upgrade from an older Samsung blue-ray player...I wish I had stuck with Samsung! To be honest...this is the worst experience with a piece of technology I have ever had. The blue-ray player freezes almost every night, and when iit does, it kicks me out of all of the apps and I have to log in all over again. It's gotten so bad that I have had to go online with several accounts and "deactivate" the device because it was on there seven or eight times! There are also times when it will work fine, but the next day I turn it on, it will be logged out of all the apps again. I have to re-connect it to my wireless almost every day. I have a smart TV in another room that never has any issue - I can stream all day in any app without complaint. Previous blue-ray player had no problems streaming or staying connected either. I am really disappointed with this purchase and do not recommend this product. It is incredibly frustrating!
