Nice DVD player and decent price. Easy to hook up to use

I needed to move my current Sony Blu-ray player upstairs to replace the ancient Sony DVD player/recorder, so I needed a new Blu-ray player for the home theater. Even at its low price point, this model has all I need and more. I was surprised to discover how much smaller and lighter it is than the BDP-S390.

Small size - excellent for small apartments. Good blu-Ray player.

...I finally started getting Blu-ray movies, so needed a player. Bought this item, knowing it would be good since it is Sony, but didn't expect it to be as good for this low price! I have tried some of my DVD's in it, and it also makes them look a ton better as well, so I am a happy-camper/viewer!

Quiet, compact and versatile; I have had it connecetd to a tv and to a PS5 with excellent results in both cases

Set up was easy and the player is very low profile and discrete.

The compact design fit the location I needed on a fireplace mantle. DVD operation is easy to master and the functionality of the remote control is self evident. Very satisfied. In fact I was so pleased with this player I gave it to my Son's family for their TV watching enjoyment.

I have a lot of old DVD movies and this DVD player is perfect for that. It is slim and fits perfect on the shelf. Thanks

Hubby did his research and we purchased this on a sale and after we paid for it and some movies decided since it was such a great price and a good model that we'd get another one for our 9 yr old daughter to have in her room. This way WE didn't have to watch her Pokemon videos with her he says lol.

does what it is supposed to plays clearly and easy to setup.

Works great. My only complaint is that it interferes with my other HDMI port, forcing me to pickup another controller and select the input frequently. Other than that it is a great blu ray player.

I have both Samsung and Sony BD Players. The interface on the Sony is intuitive for streaming as is the Samsung. Both carry the major streaming services but less well known Streams can differ between the two. I don't have a favorite and only purchased the different players as the remote from my bedroom activates the one in my living room.

This Sony blu-ray player was extremely easy to connect to my t.v. and to use. Would definitely recommend!

We really liked this DVD player. It’s easy to use and it switches the tv input automatically when you start a dvd. We also like that we can use it for both Blu-ray and regular DVDs, so no need to replace our older movies and shows.

A simple blue ray player. This one replaced an 11 year old Samsung. Good buy for the price.

I love this blu ray disc player. After spending a short time in the store trying to select the right machine became an adventure. Rhis one has all the features that i want and enjoy. In a blu ray player. I would recommend this machine for the first time blu ray user as well as a smart player.

Pretty nice little blu ray/dvd player. Not too fancy or a lot of crazy features but simple to use and small so it doesn't take up a lot of shelf space.
