great picture good price easy set up well worth the money

Terrific blu ray for the price easy to use and setup a breeze

The price was really good for this lightweight, easy to operate player. I have tons of DVDs and wasn’t sure how well it would play DVDs when we purchased a new 4K TV. The picture quality looks the same or better than playing our DVDs on our old DVD player on our old 1080 TV.

It plays DVD's well. There aren't very many apps on it, and you can't add more. Getting to the apps is slow. The remote is very crowded, and it is easy to press the wrong button. It is small, so it won't crowd out other devices. Easy to set up.

I just needed something quick and easy to operate. Have smart tv so don't need wifi. It's a simple hook up, simple to operate and takes up very little space. Would have rated it higher, but got this one to replace my identical old one after laser went out. One year old!

This Blu-ray goes perfect with my Samsung curved tv it's very discreet and both are on my bedroom dresser the Blu-ray/DVD player is so small you barely notice it's there and tell picture when you play either Blu-ray or DVD is absolutely Amazing!!!

We bought this to play our mainly dvd library and music cd’s, and it has exceeded expectations on both. Super purchase price and a small foot print are added bonus, we don’t have any Blu-ray Disc so can’t comment on that.

This player has performed perfectly with BD and DVD material, which is all that I have used to date. The controls are intuitive and familiar to anyone who has experience with Sony AV products. The item is compatible with my existing LG, Sony, and JBL equipment. Sound and picture quality are excellent. Be aware of this item's limited capabilities.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. What I like about this unit is its compact design and ease of use. Additionally, the price point was less than I expected.

This Sony DVD player's performance and features are basic but good. One can not spend less for as fine a player. Obviously a Pioneer Elete built super solid with outstanding performance and features is worthy of its excellent video and audio ratings. But youl pay 15 times the price of this Sony.

The Sony-Streaming Audio Blu-ray Player was easy to set up and gives an quality picture, enhancing the typical dvd. It's easy to you and has a compact slick look that doesn't take up much space. We're very pleased.

Honestly, I haven't had much of an opportunity to do any real comparison with other similar products. However, since I bought a Sony T.V. I complimented it with a Sony Blu-ray disk player. I love watching movies at home. The quality of the picture as well as the ease of using the player/remote control are great. No regrets or complaints.

I wanted a Blu-ray player. My TV, AV Amplifier and Media server ALL connect to the Internet. I didn't need yet another device to connect, report, and update. This unit plays DVD and Blu-ray really well which is all I needed it to do. It's small and very capable. Just what I needed.

It's very easy to use. Great quality. Love it. Issues with volume

I bought this along side of my 40 inch Smart TV. As a Blu Ray/DVD player it does the job. As a streaming device, it has been nice since my smart TV has had issues with my wireless connection. I've used this device to plug in directly bypassing those issues. Not as many streaming choices as the TV but it has all the big ones available.

The Sony Blu-ray player you can stream all the apps, Netflix and YouTube it's great to have but you do need internet to stream, and you can play your movies on Blu-ray and DVD I would recommend this products

Very small and compact. Perfect for next to the TV . Love this DVD player.although there's no.wifi on it..just wired wifi if you need to do updates. But we don't need wifi on it just as dvd player so its perfect.

Well, I'm not elated with it, but I'm not mad either because it was inexpensive and it does play my dvds and Blurays... so it does the job, is small so it fits in its slot, picture is fine very nice. Just a bit slow on the uptake, but again, it does do the basic job I got it for. I do like that it is compact size and for the price it's fine. It works so far. Longevity, well I can't speak for that but I do have an older small Sony player that looks a lot like this one and it has lasted for several years (outlasting the quicker but apparently less durable inexpensive Samsungs that I've had and had to replace) and my Sony experience with longevity of cheap units was why I went with this one instead of Samsung.
