    I brought This Blu-ray player for my bedroom because it is compact and fits neatly almost anywhere. It's not heavy but not "flimsy" and the remote is pretty decent. No display screen but still looks nice with the black finish. It also has a lot of apps to stream.

    The DVD we had which we also purchased from Best Buy would not work. Since the Geek Squad installed the TV, DVD and HDMI cord right at 1 year ago, the salesman recommended that it was the DVD and not the HDMI cord. The new DVD would not work either so I purchased another HDMI cord and our old DVD worked. So I returned the newly purchased one.

    This CD player works wonderfully. Since they no longer make TV's with players built in, this had to be done and it is working great.

    We were happy to get this Sony Blu Ray, CD Disc player, when our last one stopped working. We had a foreign one and could not get service. The installation instructions were clear and we have a 2 year service plan. Just one more thing to connect is the remote that was included.
