This is an inexpensive player. It has all the features you might want, except for wi-fi. I bought it without noticing this, so I returned this one and bought another sony that had the wi-fi (for quite a bit more).

Since purchasing, my daughter connected the blue ray on her own and has only been watching programs through it. She is not even watching cable anymore. She is very focused on her art tutorials and videos. She loves it. I should have purchased her one a long time ago.

Best Buy recommended this for Blu-ray and other digital disks. The price was much less than what I found on Amazon. Works perfectly on all disks as advertised

The device is actually not hooked up yet because I have a older model TV which does not have enough HDMI outlets to support the device but I will give it a five anyway
