It works well. Will play cds and we like that. The cost was a good value.

I checked the price on line...reasonable..I watch DVDs..1080p is great...I make a lot of homemade discs...it plays my R-...has an internet connection...but I'm not connected....the next model up has WIFI....I think I'm gonna buy another one of these !!!

Love the way it turns on/off my Sony TV when I turn it on. My disappointment is the need to have a "wired" hook up for the WIFI so the NetFlix button is useless.

The videos are clear and crisp. The ease of use is great. The cost was exceptional. I wish my other DVD player would conk so I would I could buy another SONY from Best Buy. Merry Christmas

It is not good enough to say your device offers hdmi connectivity. You also need to specify, in letters big enough for my aging parents to read, whether or not the device you are selling includes an HDMI cable. ESPECIALLY if, in the instructions, the first step involves using such a cable to connect the device to the TV. If the package had included an HDMI cable, this would be a 5 star review.

It took 2+ hours and two different people to get it set up. I'm not using it as often as it takes two remotes to get it to work.

We recently bought a 40" TV and a Blu ray player at the Best Buy in Springfield, OR. and love them. Not only do both items work great, but the staff at Best Buy helped to insure that we got the best products for our needs.

I had to play catchup with UPS because I had the item sent to my work to keep my husband in the dark. We have yet to hook it up, it will be kept in reserve for when the other one goes out.

Service was great, never opened the product, hassle free return. That was nice

Great that BestBuy still carries outdated equipment with such quality products.

For a lower price point Blu-ray player it does exactly what you want. The interface could be a little more user friendly, and it doesn't turn off on it's own when you turn off the TV, otherwise this would have had a 5 star rating instead of 4.

Works great and the controller is easy to use. The unit is a good size to fit in the space I have for the player to sit. Very simple to connect to TV and does a great job on viewing the material.

The only company to buy Blu-ray players from! No point in buying a WiFi Blu-ray player when you can cast from your phone or your tv is smart these days!

I don't know why, instead of opening a control list - open door, play, eject - it asks me what apps I want to load. I have to use a separate remote or punch function buttons instead.

Bought this for use in an RV. Works like I was expecting. Only downside is the disk doesn't lock into the tray. I mounted it on the wall behind a TV (velcro), and I have to hold the DVD up while the tray closes and also wait for it to fall out when it opens.

I bought this player needing to add on to a second flat screen TV. I had an older sony player I was happy with so I was comfortable purchasing. it is not the most full featured unit but has enough apps for my use. I mainly use Amazon and Netflix.

Works well. You can't go wrong with a Sony! I use this in my travel trailer and love the features.

The wireless DVD player works perfectly. The sales rep had extensive knowledge of the players and steered me to the right product. Am a loyal Best Buy customer.

I am glad I have a new player as I have a lot of movies.
