The Geek Squad agent suggested I get a name brand player; I am very satisfied in fact I am very happy but one draw back you have to wire the player to the router, Yep you gotta use a wire.

Bought these for my RV. Not much use for BR players anymore at home, but on the road they work when there is no signal for streaming.

While I don't use the Blu-ray Player all that often, I haven't yet experienced difficulty - I'll become more accustomed as my use frequency increases.

Purchased to use with new HP laptop. It has a USB cable with two connectors, and laptop had only one USB port per side. So I had to purchase a USB hub to connect to laptop. Once connected, worked as I needed.

It’s good for a basic DVD player it plays the basic blue rays nothing too fancy the basic 1080 P is what you’ll get HD

I wish it would’ve come with an HDMI cord. Easy to set easy to use. I thought the increase in price was a bit unnecessary.

We've been using this player for a couple months now (just to watch DVDs and Blu-Rays) and it does that well. My only complaint is that you can't tell when the unit is on or off (there's no indicator light).

Got this Blu-ray player to go with my 58” Samsung 4K TV. The player truly takes your movie experience to another level. I definitely recommend buying this item.

It works wonderful as a Blu-ray and DVD player. However, I thought it had built in WiFi whichave it doesn't. This player has to be connected by hard wire to Internet. Other than that no complaints.

plain and simple and it's still works like new after all this time .plays everything i've put in it so far .

I love this product. It's a lot better than my old Blu-Ray player. And I got rid of this and my DVD player. A lot less clutter!

I would recommend this Sony Blu-ray player to anyone looking for a well made product.

Middle of the road pricing, remote control is small so beware if you "misplace" remotes easily and it has no external controls.

My old Blu-ray died and this was plug and play. Didn't need the wifi version because my TV already gets all that plus this will play media from a flash drive.

This device works well with the living room for my mother in law. Very good product

Purchased first HDTV. Thought I would buy Blue Ray to take advantage of technology going forward. To my pleasant surprise, it gave a whole new light to my standard DVD collection. Easy to set up with HDMI.

Great Blu-ray for the money. I have bought 16 of these units so far to be used commercially in our building. Great deal, operates just as expected every time. Pretty quick loading out of the streaming menu.
