Product works great, only down fall is that it's only wires Ethernet. This blue ray player isn't wireless and the apps on the player work great.

A great little Blu-ray, DVD player. Does the job very well. Not much to say about it. Plug it in and it plays all the disks I put in it.

I purchased two of these units from Best Buy. The first one lasted beyond the warranty when it would no longer read discs. It was likely a laser issue. I was satisfied still being they are so inexpensive and bought another one, same model. The second one I bought in September did not even last 2 months before it began causing issues. It would not load my discs, roughly half of them and nothing is wrong with my discs. The final straw took place last night when it would not eject my disc. It did this a few times already yet this time I had to rip open the unit to retrieve my disc. It is under warranty but no way I can ship it back after I tore it open just to open the disc tray. The first unit worked fine for a few years. The second unit was a lemon. Worked fine for two months and then the problems began. I suggest you stay away from Sony Blu Ray products. The Sony brand is good but they have some serious quality control problems with their Blu Ray products.

This dvd player was a life saver! I love it, especially the usb part, I can use a usb to watch all the movies I get online.

am not downloading/streaming movies, just playing dvds. old one wouldn't recognize many movies now. so am pleased.

I am very well pleased with this purchase. I’d had problems with two players prior to this. It worked out well.

This blu-ray player is the only one I trust. I have the wifi and ethernet option in this player. All work great. Simple to set up.

Nice player. If left alone too long turns off the tv and doesn’t pick up where you left off. Great video quality
