Return or exchange it? I tried, welcome to Best Buy’s notorious policy that everything is as is UNLESS you shell out for Geek Squad protection. That’s what it’s for? Yeah, but your stuff can be bad from day one and they won’t do nothing for you. It’s all about yet another money hungry conglomerate company trying to get even richer and not caring about anything else.

Its now 2020 and I'm not running extra ethernet cables through the walls when built in WiFi exists. The fault is mine as I mentally grouped "streaming" with "wifi" but still felt misled. I returned the item as I was using this mainly to stream data, but wanted the Blu-Ray capabilities from time to time.
