    It stopped working within 4 months. The TV was hooked up to was still fine so I know it wasn’t a power surge...

    Only bought this player because I needed it for DVD's. Got it home, hooked it up and it kept kicking out any DVD I put in it. Plus if you did want to use the streaming, it has to be plugged in with and eithernet cable. Does not work on Wi Fi

    Very easy to setup. Smooth Streaming Nice Player Compact Best for Smart TV(Not best for 4k or 3D TV because there are other ups calling product) Only one thing, HDMI wire needs to buy separately.

    Low price equals low quality

    Price is low but so is quality. We bought 2 at once and had to replace one right away and that one doesn't work much better but sick of replacing so my son deals with it.

    Player stopped working in less then a month. Stays powered on but will not play or eject disk. Not worth the one star I gave it. Do your research.

    The menus are sluggish and slow. My 8 year old player is much faster.

    Poor quality. Unit failed within two months from purchase date. Slow startup. Best Buy would not accept return or exchange. Very disappointed.

    Broke on 1st use! Door won’t close. Managed to nudge it so it closed but now it won’t turn off! Or open again!

    Terrible product. Stopped working well after the 4th movie. Discs started skipping constantly or freezing (brand new discs). Ended up returning this product.

    This was the second purchase of a product at Best Buy in the last month which did not include a necessary cable. A second trip and added expense for a cable necessary for operation is beyond irritating.

    Keyboard is nice but Bluetooth doesn't connect

    This keyboard worked a few times, but now won't connect with my iPad that I specifically bought it for. I checked for interference from other devices and about and it still won't connect. Wish it would.

    Too many cables for this to be useful. I had to return it and replace with a simple blu ray. The price was too much for what this should’ve done.

    When I first purchased it I had no problems great product but them it completely went out on me. It won't connect or anything. I recommend buying a more expensive bluray.

    This blu ray player is defective. It has not worked right since we plugged it in. I was hoping it was the connection between the tv and player but tried other tvs and it still doesn't work.
