Many in my age bracket (75) are not savvy on current technology. I have found my friends at Geek Squad to be helpful and never make me feel dumb. I got this on a sale to replace my old smart Blu-Ray player. The other one the smart apps where no longer updated or supported by the Streaming providers and my TV is an older no-smart tv. This is a great player and streamer. I mainly watch Netflix and I have a wired connection to my router so this player works great and you don't have to worry about Wifi lag. Get the GSP for worry free ownership. I wish it has Disney+ and HBO Max
