It streamed nicely and played discs well. Within a week or week and a half from when I purchased it, it began to power up inconsistently. I would push the power button and nothing would happen. If I unplugged it and then plugged it back in, most of the time, it would start. Then, it rattled so loudly when it played a disc, you could hear the rattle in the next room. I returned it and swapped the first unit for a second one. The second one made it a couple of days before it began powering up inconsistently. I thought I had it figured out - simply unplug it between each use...but that only worked for about 5 times. Then it became a game of repeatedly unplugging it and plugging it back in. After less than 2 weeks, I gave up and returned it. This was very disappointing.
