I own my own Netgear Router and Hub. I wired this directly to my Hub, knowing that I might have buffering issues. I also have Netflix through Dish, but I experience buffering issues with a thick cloud cover. The first time I connected to YouTube, I got an error saying "the file is too big". What? Maybe it is a Comcast issue. But, the player is excellent.

Walked into the store, asked the associate where we could find a reliable one, and he took us right to it. Since we didn’t want to spend a lot of time looking, it was refreshing to be able to be in and out in less than 10 minutes!
