Purchased this to replace a broken DVD player. Does a great job!

Don't mistrust me yet. I recently received a TV as a gift recently after not having owned one for years. I was told by a coworker that I should get a Blu-ray player to play DVD's since my player was broken on my laptop, and was telling me about the streaming capabilities of the newer models. Well. All of my doubts are over. I love this and am really impressed! Great product!

Over many years (and trying some other brands for myself and family) Sony Disc Players have always been the best reliable and lasting choice. Also Best Buy Rep answered all questions.

This blu Ray player is very compact and compatible with the TV’s being used.

With my new Samsung tv it works wonderfully. I just put a dvd in and the tv does the rest. The only problem with had with it was when we bought it and asked if we needed any other cable and the salesperson said no. We did need another cable. But otherwise we love it for the price.

My new blue ray player enables me to watch DVDs and blue ray discs easily.

My old DVD player went on the fritz so I purchased one from Best Buy. I compared this DVD with more expensive models and found that this player had the same qualities as the much higher priced DVDs on display. The picture is beautiful and it's easy to use and to hook up. It also offers HD quality. I am very happy with my purchase and the service that I received.

Good way to get Tubi and play DVDs when my data runs out on my cellular plan. Works good and software is reasonably stable.

We did not realize when we bought this that this was not a wifi enabled bluray player. The only way to connect to the internet and in turn use the applications is if you plug this into the router. If you are setting up near your home router, this is a great option. However if you were hoping for something to use in any room, you need to find another blu-ray player.
