Blu Rays play but wi-fi options do not work

I have not been able to get the internet set-up automatically or manually. The Netflix option is totally unusable because of this. If i didn't already have a smart tv i would have returned it and just bought a basic player which would have been cheaper.

Meets All Expectations

We have a Sony Blu-ray player on one which works perfect AND the Blu-ray remote doubles for my Bravia remote. I bought this new Sony Blu-ray player to use with another of my Sony Bravias. We are completely satisfied AND we don't have to use multiple remot controls. If you own a Sony Bravia, save the agrivation of multiple remotes and get the Sony Blu-ray player.
