But, the player plays blu-rays as expected, and loads fast. The blu-ray player that this one replaced took minutes to load the movies, when it worked.

And, I can control all my Sony items with just the one TV remote. Finally Sony has seemed to solved the problem of having to maintain multiple remotes for each component.

It's most important feature for me is the USB port. I am able to load most of my music on a single 128 GB USB flash drive. My only real gripe is that you cannot navigate through the music media without the player stopping the music first. I prefer to peruse my library while the music is still playing.
