Needed a Blu-ray for the camp trailer that was smaller. Fit nicely in the tight space.

Works great and have all you favor apps for streaming. It's small and do not take to much space

I purchased two of these units from Best Buy. The first one lasted beyond the warranty when it would no longer read discs. It was likely a laser issue. I was satisfied still being they are so inexpensive and bought another one, same model. The second one I bought in September did not even last 2 months before it began causing issues. It would not load my discs, roughly half of them and nothing is wrong with my discs. The final straw took place last night when it would not eject my disc. It did this a few times already yet this time I had to rip open the unit to retrieve my disc. It is under warranty but no way I can ship it back after I tore it open just to open the disc tray. The first unit worked fine for a few years. The second unit was a lemon. Worked fine for two months and then the problems began. I suggest you stay away from Sony Blu Ray products. The Sony brand is good but they have some serious quality control problems with their Blu Ray products.

Works perfectly (time will tell). It is very small! No more big boxes full of air gathering dust! EZ to hookup w just an HDMI! Happy w it!

The Sony-streaming Audio Blu-ray player-black has too many apps that can't be removed and that are not wanted. Just wanted to play dvds.

This product was a refurbished item. I am not sure how well this item was examined after it was returned to the store. When I am watching a movie in this device I will get a few seconds of a lack of sounds several times throughout my movie. It is almost as if the mechanism stops reading the disk for a few seconds. I thought that maybe it was a fluke the first time this happened. But every movie that I play this is a constant problem.

My TV’s are all Sony so that is why I bought the Sony. Been very happy with them. I have 3 of them.

We are very pleased with this blu ray player. The remote was easier to program to control my TV volume. Overall, a happy purchase!

Perfect blue ray player for anyone that has a 4K or HD tv. Image quality is a 10/10. Best part of it blue ray player is the wifi feature and apps.
