Super DVD player with 4K capability

Realized that we wanted more from the player for a little additional investment and having 4K capability is where we wanted to be. Shouldn’t need to replace this player for a long time. Very easy to use but keep in mind your length of cable is important. Don’t go too short so allow extra feet to reach from player to back of TV or Soundbar.

Great reasonably priced smart BluRay DVD player

Fortunately, there was an update waiting that fixed that very issue. I mainly use this player to access the Amazon Prime Video app and it has worked very well. It was easy to setup on my WiFi network and it was easy to add it to my Logitech Harmony remote. It's hard to believe how small this player is compared to the old DVD player that it replaced.

Lesson Learned
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have purchased many different blu-ray players over the years, including a very expensive Oppo model. In my experience, the most reliable players come from Sony, as a prior Sony lasted longer and performed just as well as the Oppo model for which I paid five times what the Sony cost. This Sony model is no exception: An excellent player that loads quickly, plays beautifully and cost well under $100. Lesson learned: When it comes to blu-ray players, stick with Sony.

Lots of bang for your buck!

Pretty easy setup.

Took just few minutes to setup. I do wish they would include a six foot hdmi cable. Would have earned that last star if they had. Picture quality is outstanding and boot up time was near instant. Audio sounds good but I still need to integrate an audio system in order say anything more about that.
