Wish I Could Return It

I wish I wouldn't have purchased this. Unfortunately, I just put up with it & now I can't return it. She only watches Hulu on it & IT'S SO SLOW. Loading the apps take forever. Internet connection is not the issue, at times it's the only device connected to my network. I give it 2 stars just because it (barely) gets the job done.

Really easy to set up and use. The only issue is that you can't add more apps to the player. It comes with access to Netflix and Youtube, but she was hoping to be able to add stuff like Hulu and Britbox. It's still a great, affordable Bluray player though.

Love Sony
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried buying to different Samsung Blu-ray players first on didn't offer built in WIFI and then the other would not connect. Th Sony connected on the first attempt, but then shortly after that i had issues connecting and staying connected. Sony Product has always done well this is my second Blu-ray and i have no issues staying connected with the first one.
