It isn't super-fast starting up and I've found the streaming apps to be too slow to deal with but it does play DVDs and Blu-ray discs just fine.

Easy to set up and wi fi no cables needed to use the smart features. I do recommend if you will use this a lot to buy the 4 yrs protection plan for complete Geek Squad protection. A lot of features are built into this small unit and really shine. Even when not watching a DVD or BluRay disc, there's still many options to watch content thanks to the built-in apps. I love everything this player does, along with the smallish price paid for it!
