This is a very nice blu-ray player. I bought this to replace an older one from a different manufacturer. Youtube stopped working on the older one because of a firmware update, so now I can access Youtube again on this one. I also like how it is compatible with my Android device.

This Sony player is a good, inexpensive player. The only issue I had is that it would not play some of my computer recorded dvd's of family pictures. I have a Samsung player that plays those dvd's with nary a problem.

Bought this for our VRBO property: wanted to provide something for guests to play DVD/Blu-Ray discs and/or stream content from Netflix, etc. This player was easy to set up and connect to my network. Functions are simple and easy to use. Great value for the price.

It is perfect. Slim enough to fit anywhere. I have used it a few times and it works perfectly. Light indicator for when the player is on or off, is perfect. If you don't have a lot of space, this is perfect Bluray player to purchase.

I got two. One for me, and another for my husband. And we both love them, and the price was outstanding as well. The picture is so bright and the sound more than one could ask for in a player. The apps are great if you have a use for them, only use two.

We needed a disc player to replace a broken one. We are very pleased with this unit. The footprint is compact. Remote is a great size. We love that it is automatically integrated with our Sony TV. Easy access to various streaming services. We will likely get others of this for our other TV's.

I bought this mainly based on price and with that in mind it has been everything I expected. It is easy to set up and it included the apps I use the most. I've had problems with Sony Blu-Ray players in the past - they didn't last very long - but so far this one is fine, nothing to complain about.

This DVD player is a great product for the cost. It does exactly what we wanted it to do for us.

I had a blu-ray dvd player but it did not have wifi built in. As I wanted to get Netflix on my TV I needed to up grade my player. This one was easy to set up and use. I am now watching my shows on Netflix and it even has Amazon Prime capabilities. The price was great too.

I finally got fed up with my other Sony blu-ray player not playing blu-ray discs saying they were unrecognized right out of the plastic. I like the fact that this player has the ability to stream movies from my internal cloud. This feature alone might extend the life of my TV.

I like the fact that it plays Blue Ray and DVD and also has common streaming TV apps preloaded. (Amazon Prime, NetFlix are the two that I use.) it has other apps but I don’t recall. I have an older TV with no apps, so this player greatly improved my cord cutter life :)

It took me a little bit to get used to operating this machine as my old one did less and was much larger. This is a nice machine, lightweight and half the size of the old machine that took up a lot of space. Once i got used to operating it i found it to be fairly easy. The price was right.

Don't have any complaints once the start screen finally loads, not sure which component drags its feet (remote, player, TV, Netflix). The remote is hard to hold, feels insubstantial. Bought this product so I could get NetFlix on the TV vs the computer screen.

This has been a great addition to our a/v system. We don't use it a lot because of all the streaming opportunities available. My only comments would be to consider whether or not this is something you will use a lot. The features are nice and it performs as expected.

Our old recorder stopped working, so we took it to Best Buy to check it out. It was truly broken and time to consider something new The Sony Blue -ray player was recommended by a store employee. The excellent performance of this machine makes me wonder why I didn't replace my old recorder before.

I wanted something that was simple to use to replace an old DVD player. This is a great value.

As usual I always buy at Best Buy because they sale their products in good condition, never had to return anything that I buy from them. The Blu Ray Player Was easy to install, easy to operate and it play the movie with clarity. I have no complaints. Thank you Best Buy!!!
