This was extremely easy to set up as it instantly found our wireless network and was up and running in literally 5 minuets from opening the box!! I’ve always had very good luck with Sony products and they continue to be a leader in Home electronics.

I know that Sony is known for good electronic and this one has not disappointed.

Does the job, takes a little while sometimes to get in Netflix but he price is right

Bought this for my father who wanted Blu Ray, YouTube, and was interested in streaming services. Very straightforward UI, and easy setup. Included remote might be a little small for older users to see/operate

This Player provides everything we needed for wireless connection in the bedroom.

It works great with Sony TV. The remote came with the player works for both Player and TV by default. No issues with wifi. It automatically upgrades the software. I did not come across with the Child-lock issue at all. It must have been fixed by the software upgrade.

It was easy to set up. Works quietly and has a beautiful picture with all discs. The remote is very user friendly. When connected with a Sony TV you only have to use the Blu-ray remote to control. This is a high quality player.

Got this mostly for the streaming features of Netflix and YouTube. The unit works great for that and picture looks great on my 2007 Samsung 720p screen. Navigating the onscreen software can be a little sluggish at times, but not too bad. Overall a great unit for the price.

Sleak little machine with good audio/video. Easy to setup and easy to use. Our TV isn't the latest and/or greatest, but the results from this player were definitely worth the price. Overall good value.

This is a terrific, fairly priced, and quality product from Sony. The amount of apps present is great and several family members own this product. Highly recommended and I will only buy Sony blu ray players from now on because I know they are reliable and quality.

I say so far because I've bought two and they're working as advertised. I've not had any of the "glitches" some people report and they put out great quality pictures to both my TVs (both 32 inch - one's a Sanyo and the other a Visio).

Was looking for a basic BluRay player that didn't break the bank and this was it. It was easy to use and connect to the Wifi. Only Con is that you cannot download the newer apps like Disney+ etc

Great blu-ray player. Great apps already installed I do wish there was a way to add more apps that are not included. Plays wonderful and I would recommend this for playing your favorite movies.

Had some issues with it staying connected to the wi-fi to start but all is good now

For someone who is NOT computer savvy at all it took a little while getting it up and running, however, finally got it working and now very easy to figure out how to get from dvd to TV and back again! Works very and now very easy to operate!

A great Blu-ray player for a living room. Only thing I miss is a display. Plays DVDs well, wireless networking, lots of apps built in. Load your DVD and it spins up and begins to play relatively quickly. I have enjoyed this DVD player fairly well.

This product was not what I expected as most of the pre-loaded channels are of no use to me and I cannot even load the ones that I would use. The positive is that it is compact and does not take up much space. I still think it is a good product just not what I really wanted.
