Purchased to value priced blu ray players by Sony. Both wouldn’t power on without 10+ minutes of fussing. We decided to purchase a far more expensive Sony. This one. And it’s working well so far.

Needed a replacement better for a bedroom setup. This fit the bill and has met expectations. I have not used the streaming apps (I use other devices) so I cannot speak to WiFi or streaming performance.

Opens streaming videos and DVDs much fast than our previous player.

Wanted to get one right away and this was the only one in our price range that was immediately available. Was very pleasantly surprised. So far, really like it. Easy to set up and learning to use.

We mostly got this for the built in aps. We are in temporary housing, and wanted to access apps like Netflix and Hulu, and the basic tv here doesn't have those built in. This was super easy to set up and easy to use.

Bought this product to be a replace dvd player that died. Good product and price replacement. Nice addition for the streaming. Only thing that would be nicer is if they added more streaming channel availability to compete with Roku and Chrome

Needed a second blu-ray player with WiFi connectivity and already had a Sony BDP S 3500. This is the next generation model. Easy to set up and very compact with lots of WiFi features. Lads quickly which is sometimes a problem with older blu-ray players.

Our 10-year old player gave up the ghost so we got this unit. It has a compact footprint and seems quicker than our old player. It has an assortment of apps, although we use Chromecast for them.

This wi-file blue ray player had the right price and everything I was looking for. It only lacked an audio jack for my speaker. If it could do Bluetooth for my speaker it would been perfect for my needs and play a little streaming Playstation game.

Really good streaming player with a decent blu ray player. Even with lower tier internet atoll stream with out buffering for HD movie's. The price is a bit higher than normal but for the steady reliable performance worth the price.

Like the player. It works really good and now we can watch movies.

Works above our expectations. Had purchased a similar priced one a year ago and had lots of streaming problems with Netflix and Amazon prime. Buffered all the time. This worked perfect right out of the gate!!! Went Back and bought another!

This was bought for a Christmas present. Haven't given it to them.

I needed a Blue-ray player for my basement television. This device has wi-fi so it made it easy to update software after initial setup. No compatibility issues with my Samsung TV.

I exchanged this device for two ROKU sticks because we decided to unplug our cable service. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this device. It worked exactly as it should with good quality.

Sony Blu-Ray Disc Player Wi-Fi Built-In Streaming is working great! I love that I can stream old movies or some slightly new movies and different TV Programs to watch at any time for myself or the little ones.

I got this DVD/Blu Ray player for my mom on a Thanksgiving night sale. It's replacing an older DVD player that no longer worked. This player works great and now she can watch DVDs as well as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a good product. I watch movies on it several times a week.

The DVD player is perfect for just the simplicity of having a DVD.
