Bought based on previous sony dvd and bluray player purchases.

Sony is my favorite brand I love that it has WiFi comparability and a usb plug in so I can watch my downloads through the Blu-ray player.

So far I have had no issues with this player. It is simple and easy to use. It hooks up well with my Samsung tv. There is a light to indicate if the player is on, which I appreciate after having a player with no indicating light.

This was a replacement DVD player for a cheaper brand that wasn't worth the amount paid. I was looking for an inexpensive player, as this unit will be used maybe once a week. So far no problems, and as always very easy to set up.

This is an inexpensive Blu ray player that gets the job done and adds in a few extra features. I don't personally use the online apps because I already have access too those other apps via other devices but it's a nice feature to have.

Wanted a Blu-ray player for the living room. Another option when there is nothing to stream. Works well, also has apps already installed to allow streaming from device.

I had a Samsung player and after only one year it stopped playing with the sound so I had to replace it. I decided to get this Sony since I recently bought a Sony tv and I am very happy with it. So far everything is working perfectly!

I have no issue with this Sony DVD player, still working well after more than 2 years now, eventhough we're watching loads of movie, we're the kind of family who loves movie night.

It is certainly not the best but very, very good for the price. No problems whatsoever especially when connected with 18Gb HDMI cables to a recent model TV. Works fast, picture is very good, what else you want.

A good purchase for those with mid line equipment. The built in Wi-Fi does not disappoint and the picture quality is good, too. At this price, it bears, in my opinion the high end cost machines with basic functioning and reliable A/V

We replaced our old blue ray player with this one. It allows us to get Netflix now in a different area in our house. It also very easy to connect up a computer to it for zoom and Skype.

I told the salesperson I needed something that was simple to navigate and set up. This is exactly that. I bought it for my Autistic son who isn't very patient about electronics. He wants it to work and be done with it. Perfect for us.

Why buy a fire stick and a blue ray when this does both! I went looking for just a DVD player and knew I would need a roku or fire stick for our bedroom. This works great and covered everything in one.

I think These Sony DVD Players will serve us well here at home .

It’s worked well each time I’ve used it, the only problem I’ve only used it a few times since I purchased the item. It’s easy to operate and works very good when we put it to use.

We've had the unit for a year now and have had no problems with it. I also like that the USB port allows for the playing of mp4 files directly, in high def. Although some may think the remote is too small I have large hands (a 6' guy) and have no complaints about the remote! Also, and it may be standard on most models now, but this one HAS a 'power on' light that our past, highly rated model (I think it was a Samsung) did NOT have- a REAL pain.
