It performs very well. Its size makes it almost invisible. The only fault I have found is there are no manual controls. The remote is the only way to use its functions.

Works great. Has Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and many other streaming service apps already installed making it super easy to use out of the box. I did find though that it does take a bit of time when I turn it on before it becomes responsive.

I got a bunch of Blu-ray movies for Xmas but only had and an old DVD/VHS player. I replaced with this and it is great. It also has Netflix which I use all the time. It was simple to install and set up and easy to use.

For the price, this is a great blu-ray player. It has wireless wi-fi and loads of apps already on it. I read a lot of reviews before deciding on this purchase and am happy with my choice. Great product with easy to use remote control.

If you're looking for an inexpensive Blu-ray player I highly recommend this model. I've had it for a year and had no issues. Connected to my router I can use a variety of web apps to watch shows and stream music.

Features are good, lots of apps. However, few that I actually use. The salesman said it had twitch.tv app which is why I bought it. It does not though. Plays well, no issues. Mainly BR player and Netflix are used. Happy with my purchase.

I replaced my Old Samsung with this Sony the Samsung player only lasted a year it wouldnt play my Blue Ray movies I have a old Sony model it's still going. Love the Sony picture quality and great sound from my music CDs. Everyone buy Sony!!!

Needed to replace a dead blu-ray player. This one had all the features we needed, at a good price. It was easily available, and set up was plug-and play. HIghly recommended.

Great price, Christmas present so it hasn't been used yet.

K’NEX to Netflix right away and loves to play back of all DVDs

I have a Samsung 40 Inch 4K LED TV, Model UN40MU6300FXZA purchased from Best Buy. Attached is Sony 4k DVD player, Model UBP–XD800, also purchased from Best Buy, from which I stream TV & play discs in different formats with no issues. For convenience, I have stored many videos on external hard drives which i watch via the 4K player's USB port. Whether you call it jitters, stutters or skipping, it happens on this 4k TV using this 4k player. I have tried the adjustments I could find on the TV & Player. Nothing works so far. I bought this Sony BDP-S3700 Blu Ray Player, (from Best Buy again) hoping going retro would resolve the jittering, stuttering or skipping. It did not so I gave it away. It's probably a good Blu Ray Player but it did not solve my problem.

Won a tv at work in a raffle, good but not a smart tv. But then I got this player and, we’ll, I could not be happier. Everything I could possibly want on my tv now is available through this blue ray.

this new dvd player has everything you can imagine from streaming to wireless connectivity, and the picture quality is extremely vibrant, I recommend this player to everyone looking for an great item.

We use these DVD players in our church Bible study and hospitality departments. They work perfectly and the price was just what we were looking for. Internet connectivity is a snap and good access control. Prace was just right.

Already had one in my house so when I needed another bluray player this was an easy choice. Happy with the purchase. Don't use the streaming aspect (have apple tv for that) but I still play a lot of discs.

Works well, wireless is quick easy Netflix works well...

This works great and was highly easy to connect and use. Five minutes max. Much better than the LG one my husband had bought - didn't have HDMI connection, and could only see black & white.
