Lightweight pretty easy to carry, gets the job done and if you do not have a smart TV then this provides a wide array of VOD services which should cover most of the requirements. Connecting to the wireless network was a breeze

Needed to replace a dead blu-ray player. This one had all the features we needed, at a good price. It was easily available, and set up was plug-and play. HIghly recommended.

Very good Blue ray player I bought a Samsung BD player two days ago I had issues from day one with having it know if I got 5.1 doesn't see it swap it out for the Sony blue ray player so much better it works so much better

This item was purchased as a gift. It is a nice little unit and seem to do a wonderful job. The built in streaming is quite nice and offers many options. The recipients of the gift report that they are very happy with it.

I purchased this unit since I was unable to get APP like Amazon Prime on my old player. This functions perfectly well, we now have access to the channels I wanted, and the price is unbelievably low (less than $700).

We've had the unit for a year now and have had no problems with it. I also like that the USB port allows for the playing of mp4 files directly, in high def. Although some may think the remote is too small I have large hands (a 6' guy) and have no complaints about the remote! Also, and it may be standard on most models now, but this one HAS a 'power on' light that our past, highly rated model (I think it was a Samsung) did NOT have- a REAL pain.

Purchase as a replacement. Sony products are good quality

For the price, excellent Blu Ray DVD player. Only issue is that it has a very small footprint so it makes it hard to stack it with other audio/visual equipment.

Perfect blue-ray dvd and added bonus that streaming channels also offered. Bonus is the mirror selection from your phone to watch additional apps on a larger screen.

It performs very well. Its size makes it almost invisible. The only fault I have found is there are no manual controls. The remote is the only way to use its functions.

I love this player, I don't watch a ton of Blu-rays/DVDs (mostly watch streaming) but this one is great when I do. I love that its wifi enabled so I didn't have to hook up via cables.

My dvd/vcr broke and I needed a new DVD player. I have a Sony already for my living room, so I decided to go with another Sony for the bedroom. I love how easy t was to set up, I just don't really care for the app selection.

I do enjoy the product. I like the layout that has everything I'm looking for. I dislike the lag between the remote and the product. But all in all its great for the price and I would definitely recommend it for a friend.
