This is my first Blue-Ray player. My DVD player finally quit on me after 15 years of service. I like the additional features and the excellent picture quality. Sony is a great product.

It's slow loading but no real issues streaming in SD. I just needed something to play DVD movies for my kid and this does that. It's not a top tier machine but at this price point, it's worth it.

Great for the price. I wish I had bought 2 when I had the chance instead of moving it back & forth from the bedroom to the living and vice versa.

Had a blue ray player that was very picky about what blue rays it would play. This one works great and i use it to stream Netflix more than anything.

Only disappointment was that Hulu no longer will stream with this DVD player. But, I don't know if that is Hulu or Sony that stopped that. Easy to set up and play

I was looking for a good Blu-ray player, that doesn’t have 4K and all the other stuff the manufacturers are trying to push off on us. This is a good one!

I like the compact size of this unit compared to my last DVD player. So far it has worked great when it comes to playing DVDs. I haven't used it to stream anything yet but I am looking forward to it.

Needed a media player for a trade show. This is the only device available with a media player,everything else is cloud based. Oh and it has a great blueray player as well..

I bought this a few weeks ago and have used it to watch several dvds and blue ray discs. It has worked well so far. I haven't used any of the smart features though, so I can't comment on those.

A friend needed a new blu-Ray player because hers was archaic! I had read reviews and purchased this one for her. She has been extremely happy with it! It is easy to use and she can get Netflix too.k

Works great. Easy set up, easy to use. It’s hooked up to a 6 year old Samsung TV, not a smart TV, but gives a great movie viewing picture.

This was a very good purchase. This Blu-ray player is very good for the price. I would recommend this to any looking for a Blu-ray player.

Needed a blu ray machine mine broke. This was economical and as it turns out I couldn't be happier. I'm a believer in brand names and this fit the bill.

I love this Sony Blue-ray Product. Very easy to use. Have several Blue-ray players. This Sony Blue-ray is right up there with one of the best I have. I truly recommend this Blue -ray player to all.

We needed a DVD player, But they don't make DVD players anymore. We went with this model and it works great, and it was reasonably price.

It is very easy to connect and operate. It does have a green light to show that it is on. My husband who is not very comfortable with any electronic device was able to operate this one.

Bought this player for spare bedroom. Wanted it for Netflix. Acquires good connection to my wireless router across the house, and has very good picture quality for DVD, and Blu-ray discs.

I wanted a new DVD and this one was cheap, but packed with all of the live streaming channels. and the hookup was very easy and it works well, no hiccups.

It's a Sony. Great system, fast, easy to set up and use. Another great Sony product which just works the way you need, want and expect it. No issues.
