This Blu-ray player works as it should Love the compact size easy to use and hook up. The quality of the picture on our 46" Samsung Plasma TV we've had now for over 10 years is amazing. Even watching regular dvds the player enhances the picture quality of them also. No issues with streaming using this player it works great. We are very happy with our purchase.

From being an installer in the 80's to now, Sony has always delivered a quality product. I am not typically brand biased but much of my audio has become Sony.

This item was an excellent replacement for my old Blu-Ray player which would no longer read the disc. I am pleased with its compact size and overall functionality

I couldn't hook it up so I called the geek squad and they told me to bring it in. They got my dvd blu ray player working in the store and it was perfect at home.

Have always been a Sony fan and this Blu-ray player does not disappoint. Love Wi-Fi/streaming since I don't have a smart TV. Got it on sale for a good price.

I've never had a bad experience with a Sony product and, so far, this one is no exception. I like the clean, simple design, and the remote is small yet very easy to use. Part of the bottom seems to stay warm even when it's turned off, which means it's still using at least a few watts. I have it plugged into a power strip and just switch that off. If you're going to buy this in store, be sure to look closely at the box to see if it has the "wi-fi" built in. The other version (without wi-fi) requires an ethernet cable, and the box is very similar.

When I called I specifically asked for a smart DVD player that did Netflix Prime, and You tune. Well 2 out of 3 are not bad. Sony has discontinued their compatibility with Prime. The Best Buy person did not know. I was disappointed with my salesperson. The product was easy to set up. I did keep it but dislike the fact I have to run more than one thing to get the 3 stations I use all the time.

I use this mainly as a DVD player because I ah e a smart tv that already streams. I have used this to stream and it works great too!

Great product and great price! Bought to stream Netflix, built in Wi-Fi the only way to go. Easy to hook up and install. Very happy with both players!

Full size footprint, feels like a solid quality product you would expect from Sony...so far no issues with it and awesome 4k video reproduction!

So easy to just take out of the box, connect and use. It's great that it can be used for it's Smart TV capabilities. Navigating the menu options is simple.

This is the wireless and is way better than the LG I previously had. Def recommend paying the extra for wireless internet connection!
