The sole reason I rated it "good" is that sometimes (not all the time), it turned itself off, however, I think it may have been due to my wireless Internet. I have since hardwired the Internet directly into the box. Sony makes great products that are easy to use, and this one holds to that. In two different Best Buys, salespeople told me that this was much better than other products. It's easy to hook up, easy to enter email/passcodes for the services you subscribe to, and I would purchase again.
