Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although this is a great player for watching movies, I could only give it 3 stars because, although it is advertised as being a "streaming" player, they just don't hold up that well as a constant streaming device. I have purchased and exchanged 4 of these since 2018. Thank goodness I purchased an extended warranty. On my last player Best Buy wouldn't let me do an exchange. Instead I was required to send it in for repair. After 2 weeks they emailed me to let me they junked it out and I could come in to get another one. I upgraded and hopefully this one will last. I keep getting reassured by the staff at Best Buy that Sony makes the best products, but if my upgrade fails I'm definitely looking into a different brand.
