Purchased this as a secondary unit for a bedroom tv. Works as advertised with the added benefit of wifi for streaming.

Has a lot of apps including Netflix and YouTube. Takes a minute to connect but plays/streams content very well. Great budget player.

One of the main reasons I bought this Blu-Ray player was because not only could I play my DVDs but I thought I would be able to steam Amazon Prime also. To my surprise it did not have the Amazon Prime app available. The pictures of the product lead me to believe Amazon Prime was available. Very disappointing. Now I have to use another devise to steam Amazon Prime. That really needs to be boldly publicized that Amazon Prime and Hulu are not available!!

Just up graded to blue ray. Good basic player for me, because I don't watch many movies. What a difference blue ray makes.

A bit noisier than I expected for a modern day disc player, but not too loud. As mentioned by others, it definitely lags when executing commands with streaming services, but I did not buy it for that feature; a smart TV that can be controlled with a phone, tablet, or computer is the only enjoyable way to watch YouTube on a TV in my opinion. It's very small and does what I want it to do very well, which is play discs.

Small unit great price and amazing quality. bought this to replace and older unit and I love it.

This Blu Ray player does MUCH more than expected in order to hit the price point that is being asked for it. Beyond being simply a player, it offers several streaming services as well, including a youtube player. All functionality is complete and in essence, it DOES turn your TV into a smart TV (albeit without the internet surfing). Preloads are nice, and they offer a fair amount of other options. Wish that it had a sleep mode or inactivity timer, and that it offered universal controls for more television brands than it does (I think there are about 6).

Player does everything I expected it to do per the description in Best Buy's description.

We've had this Blu-ray player for a few months and it works great. The only downfall is I haven't been able to find a DirectTV Now app.

I did not find this product hard to setup and use. The quality of the pictures and streaming capability was great and the price was very reasonable.

Once again another great Sony product for a great price. Well worth your money. My sony products I have bought in the past have lasted for years.

Excellent perfect on what I'm looking. Love the apps that included. Easy to use and set up. Very portable.

Plays DVD's and Blue Rays well. Doesn't remember where one left off the DVD when re-inserting or starting it. But, has a good value.

It's great being able to stream everything through the Blu-ray player, now they just need to add Disney+ to it.

Sony always a reliable brand, easy to set up, would prefer that they supply the HDMI cord with it.
