Its not much larger that a internal CD drive for a PC. My old one had many outputs (HDMI, component video, video, stereo, digital audio.. This one just has HDMI and digital video. I'm happy with the HDMI. There also is a LAN (100) connection, but I am using the wireless, which was easy to setup even with the remote. It would be nice if these devices would accept a usb keyboard. Anyway, it starts up and is ready to play Blue-ray disk quickly, much quicker than my old one.

Wifi streaming is pretty slow
