Item came as expected setup was clear and basic, wireless router works well, no fundamental negative aspects at all to the product. Only perceived drawback is the app selection within the product, software allows for a host of apps, but that does not include a few like HBO that I would like. That does not mean it's not available, it just does not come loaded already within the app selection.

As a blu-ray player, though, it's excellent. A quick firmware update after connecting the player to my wi-fi network got me up to speed, and the player has produced fantastic A/V quality when paired with my 42" LED TV and soundbar. I'd sworn off Sony products for a long time based on their performance vs. cost, but this player is well worth the money (and even more so if you can find it on sale, as I did).
